BLOGGER QUILT FESTIVAL - FALL 2009

Amy at Park City Girl is having a Blogger Quilt Festival on line for this Fall and this is the quilt I want to share!

I made it following the Basket Crazies pattern from The Buggy Barn using Holly Taylor fabrics if I remember well!

I bought pattern and fabrics during a beautiful vacation in the Northeast of USA in 2002. The quilt shop was in Rangeley (Maine) and there was a very big cat that I am impressed every time I think to our great vacation!

Many things happened here that kept me away from blogging and crazy quilting in general....my Dad passed away on September 27 after hard month at the Hospital.

So no time or desire to do something in relax.

I am starting now with a few little projects but I will post a pic in the near future!

GRAND OPENING!!!

I AM PROUD TO ANNOUNCE THE OPENING OF MY ARTFIRE SHOP!

IT IS CALLED "THE SHOPPING BAG" I AM LISTING DAY BY DAY MY HAND MADE PRODUCTS THAT ARE NOT ONLY CRAZY QUILTING!

Tins...from Diane

Diane was my partner in the Tin Swap in the CQI Group and she done a super job because she covered a tin for me and then a tin for Valentina and then a tin for Siria....that was a very beautiful and special big surprise that this great Lady made for us!

Here are the tins for the girls back and front....and inside...tomorrow I show you!

Here is my tin back and front with some gift she put inside but inside....I show you tomorrow!

She studied everything in all the details and...tomorrow I will tell you why!

After two weeks...some stitching

Back from a little vacation with the girs on the mountains I can post som stitching I done on Karrin's Landscape block and Wendy B&W block.

I had the first week with a lot of rain and flu so I could do some cq and some new things for a next project I have in mind....but about this I will tell you when I will be ready!
