Take it further challenge - March

I thought to the March block but maybe the colors or maybe the result...I wasn't captured from it...so I thought to enter these crocheted motifs for the challenge theme. The attention for the little things. Obviously all are applique motifs for cq blocks.

something other to share

This is a special gift from Kerry arrived last week. She sent beautiful trims, motifs and mokuba ribbons. She is very nice and I thank you so much!

Some of my crochet motifs experiments to put on cq blocks.

This is an other crochet experiment on Rebecca's block.

I ordered two books last week about beads embroidery the are very helpful.

Alcune rose per il mio giardino...

Some roses for the garden...

Alessio is home from Los Angeles and this is a gift for me and for my cq.

Spring blocks

Last year I made a spring project for my table. There are different block size two big, two medium and two little blocks. Here are the first and the second big block.

Then I thought to put one medium in the Dreams of Spring RR (CQI Group) and now it is running on but I can tell that it is beautiful!

I am on the other medium hoping to see the end as soon for THIS Spring!

Take it further challenge - March block

Here is my block for the March challenge. I used the color palette and that will be for the next challenges so I could put together 12 "playing colors" blocks at the end of the year!

March "Take it further " challenge

We are on March and Sharon B. posted the theme for this month that is pay attention for the little things or the color palette.
I thought to go on and work my cq blocks with the color palette because discover and work with new colors that aren't yours is a very good exercize.

My week end

We had a wonderful experience during the last week end. I met Judith in Venice where she is staying till March 15 she is canadian and I know her from the CQNewbie web group.
The surprise of the surprises is this block she is giving me it is a "Baby block" made for Siria's birth from all the CQNewbie Ladies.

It is beautiful! I thank all the Ladies for this surprise!

Here we are on a Venetian bridge with Valentina.
