I was very glad to see your comment on my blog. I know your little one is due next month and hope you're doing well.
To answer your question, the pumpkins on my Halloween block are done in satin stitch, in two different colors of orange.
I am almost done finishing the Egypt block I did in our last RR together. It will also be a small wall hanging, and I will post a photo of it soon.
